Motorcycle accident w/ over 100k of med bills

recent motorcycle accident shattered my right shoulder and blood clot in lungs.  single dad w/ 2 daughters.  i have over 100k of medical bills, credit card bills and car payment.  i would appreciate any support or help and even advice.
